In an effort to provide better communication with and help to our clients, New Tech Web offers our SmarterTrack system. It contains a knowledge base as well as a support ticket system.

We're continually adding to the knowledge base (KB) with helpful information and how-to articles.

Our support ticket system will allow you to contact us quickly with your questions and concerns so we can respond in a timely manner.

You can, of course, still call us, but the ticket system will allow for better tracking and follow-up.
