In an effort to keep moving forward with new and better technology, New Tech Web has introduced our new Support Track system.  It will contact a Knowledge Base and well as a support ticket system.  We will work to populate the Knowledge Base (KB) with helpful information and lots of How-to's.  Our Support ticket system will allow you to contact us quickly with yor questions and concerns and we can respond in a timely manner.

You can, of course, still call us but the ticket system will allow for tracking and followup.
