You can setup a Zoom Meeting Invite by following any of the five ways below:
From within the open Zoom meeting, click the "Participants" up arrow. Then select "Invite". Click the link at the bottom of the pop-up, "Copy invitation". Paste that into an e-mail.
If you have Outlook set up, from that same "Invite" pop-up box, click the "Default email" button. That will open an Outlook message window with the link already inside.
Copy the invitation link from Zoom. Then go to the SmarterMail calendar and click on a day/time to open a new appointment window. Paste the link in the "Location" box. Set the start/end day/time. Enter the recipient/invitee e-mail under "Add attendee". In the "Options" card, check/enable the setting for "Email Notification". Click "Save" That will send an invitation to the attendee(s).
If you have your SmarterMail calendar added to Outlook (https://help.smartertools.com/SmarterMail/Current/Topics/User/Collaborate/Calendar/OutlookIntegration), and if you create the meeting from within your Zoom account (not within an open meeting window), you can choose to send the invitation and add it to your own Outlook/SmarterMail calendar. (When you click "Outlook", download and run the resulting ".ics" file.)
If you have Outlook with SmarterMail synced, set up the meeting/appointment in Outlook and it will sync to SmarterMail.
It all depends on where you're creating the invitation and whether you're using Outlook in conjunction with SmarterMail.
